Jason Christie
Sports have been a lifelong passion, with competitive baseball shaping my early years until 35. My journey into weightlifting began in high school, evolving into a deep commitment to fitness. In 2014, CrossFit ignited a new fire, leading me to compete across various divisions and ultimately pursue my coaching certification. Now, as a Certified HYROX Level 1 Performance and CrossFit Level 1 coach, I'm driven to empower others, supporting all levels and ages, to achieve their fitness goals.

Alex Pesusich
Alex has been training in kickboxing and Muay Thai for 16 years; gaining his coaching status 10 years ago.
As one of the founding partners of Ascension Martial Arts - Alex continues to share his passion of the striking arts to anyone willing to walk through the doors and put on some gloves.
Alex has been described as "Kung Fu Panda" and a "Slightly Dangerous Teddy Bear" - for good reason. He likes to use some humor and have a relaxed attitude while teaching and training, because after all - we should be enjoying the process!
