Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is known as the “Gentle Art”. This martial art relies on technique and leverage, rather than strength, giving a smaller individual the tools to overcome a larger opponent. This allows all shapes and sizes the ability to practice and train safely.

Functional Training

The goal of functional training is to enhance real-world physical performance. It's focused on holistic fitness rather than isolated muscle strength. By emphasizing core stability, mobility, and flexibility, muscles work in unison while mimicking common movements one performs in the field.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a martial art that uses both punching and kicking. People may practice it for general fitness, self-defence, and as a contact sport. Kickboxing programs are perfect for someone just starting out, as our fundamental classes are designed for new students focusing on fitness and proper technique with with the main focus on hitting pads and not each other.

H Y R O X

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. This conditioning supplements any type of training, or can be pursued as its own sport.

Mobility

Develop your range of motion, work through soreness, and so much more with our mobility classes. It is important to balance the hard work you put in, with the recovery that supports the longevity and effectiveness of your training.

Youth Martial arts

Our youth program provides a safe environment for younger students to learn, and develop their skills. Supplying a wealth of martial arts knowledge in a supportive atmosphere that grows confidence and self resepct.

Youth Functional Training

Our youth functional training program supports the development of younger athletes, in a safe effective manor. By working hard and training within their capabilities, they will see scaled improvements in their overall fitness and sport.
